Inmediata SecureEMR Price Transparency Policy
The pricing policy outlined below is related to SecureEMR, Inmediata’s Meaningful Use Certified EHR. The fees outlined below represent the types of costs required to fully implement the system:
- The core EHR system pricing is based on a fixed fee per provider per month
- The monthly fee includes the use of the software license, system implementation, initial training and ongoing support
- Additional users can be purchased based on a flat fee per user per month
- Additional onsite training and consulting beyond the initial implementation period are billed at a fixed rate per hour
- Clients may also incur a flat fee for cancellation of scheduled training sessions
- Clients may have a setup fee
Limitations
There are no limitations (including contractual, technical, or other limitations) that are likely to limit a user’s ability to implement or use health IT for any purpose within the scope of its certification.
