Customer Service Representative

Receive a call from suppliers and potential clients in order to properly guide them, complying with the service protocol, focusing on a security environment in accordance with the HIPAA Law.

Collections Representative

Responsible for preparing and posting journal entries to the accounts receivable module, coding income and clients in accordance with established internal processes and controls.

Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is responsible for managing the sales team. This position will be a key member of the sales and marketing departments and will work closely with other departments including customer support, operations, product development, finance, and with the leaders of the company.

Senior Contract Analyst

The Vice President of Sales and Marketing is responsible for managing sales and marketing in Puerto Rico.
